CAMCO (Capital Metro Company) is proud to have been awarded the 12 years, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) contract, by the Royal Commission of Riyadh, to operate and maintain the blue Line 1 (38 km) and the red Line 2 (25.3 km) of the Riyadh Metro 6 lines project.

CAMCO has split ownership (RATP Dev (80%), SAPTCO (20%)).

RATP Dev operates and maintains urban transportation systems in 12 countries on four continents. RATP Dev leverages across the world, the technical expertise and experience of RATP Group, the leader in driverless and tramway operations, and operator of the Paris network. 

SAPTCO is the main bus and coach operator in KSA, bring years of experience public transport operations throughout the Kingdom.

CAMCO is currently in the critical mobilisation phase of the contract, preparing for passenger services which are due to start 2020.

CAMCO is committed to Saudisation and rail public transport knowledge transfer in Riyadh.
