Minimum Requirements for Candidates
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a Recruiting/ Talent Acquisition role.
Minimum 5+ years of experience managing a global Recruitment / Talent Acquisition team.
Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities
Align recruitment strategies with business objectives through close collaboration with department heads and hiring managers.
Lead workforce planning and manage headcount forecasting processes.
Drive adoption and optimization of recruitment systems, tools, and policies.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear goals, managing performance, and ensuring ongoing development.
Organize team workflows, track KPIs, and promote accountability and collaboration.
Conduct regular huddles, reviews, and training to maintain high team performance.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Manage recruitment campaigns across functions and levels to ensure timely, high-quality hires.
Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and minimize time-to-hire.
Supervise the preparation of job offers, ensuring alignment with compensation structures and policies.
Collaborate with HR and IT to facilitate seamless onboarding of new hires.
Monitor recruitment analytics, including time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and hiring standards.
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve recruitment efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
