Job Description

Manage the sales functions to achieve sales targets assigned TVS. Provide management to TVS sales functions that impact sales performance, efficiencies and organizational goals.

Qualifications / Skills

Minimum Requirements for Candidates

  • Graduates with MBA/ PGDBM from a recognized institute
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Sales in FMCG, Hotel, Airlines, Telecom industry would be preferred.
  • Must have managed a team of at least 10 people.
  • Must be hands on, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
  • Highly developed interpersonal skill, written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of computer skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and as part of a team.
  • High level of interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills together with the ability to demonstrate considerable initiative.

Responsibilities

  • Train and drive sales force for assigned TVS.
  • Organize, lead and control the sales team to achieve sales and customer service objective.
  • Ensuring all staff members are trained properly and provide high and consistent standards of operational competency at assigned TVS.
  • Manage the shift and absenteeism at the TVS to ensure the smooth operation.
  • Implement surprise audits at the TVS in order to check the proper accountability of revenue and stock position.
  • Identifying training needs of direct reportees.
  • Manage day to day operation of shift at assigned TVS.
  • Management of stock and cash collection at assigned TVS.
  • Ensuring safety and security of the Cash Room the Customer Service Centre.
  • Ensure all TVMs/ POST faults are reported to the immediate manager/station manager and provide follow up according to reporting procedures.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the reporting manager to meet customer demands and service needs.
  • Assist with the on the job training of staff as required.
  • Maintain all the record as directed by management at TVS.
