Reponsible for the deployment of the Operational team and the staff allocation.
Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Requirements for Candidates
2-3 years of progressive work experience.
A holder of higher diploma of post-secondary education in a related discipline. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
Arabic: good written & verbal communication skills.
English: good written & verbal communication skills.
Basic IT skills (MS Office, databases etc.)
Knowledge of the network
Knowledge of operations and operational procedures
Knowledge of dispatching
Knowledge of operational KPIs.

Manages the planning of operational support resources to ensure that all the duties are covered, and dispatch the daily tasks.
Responsible for the validation of the operational managers planned absences (holydays, …)
Monitors and Ensures that all the operational reports are well registered
Manages the update of Operational procedures documents
Assists the Head of Operations in all his duties
Ensures the Head of Section duty during his absence
Collects and analyses the Operational KPI data.
Proposes action plans to remedy any deviations.
Monitors Accident files analysis and action plans
