The Senior Contracts Specialist holds the responsibility to assists the Contracts Manager in the managing contracts and ongoing relationships with contractors as well as the management and supervision of a contract team and the delegating of tasks accordingly. Financial budget supervision and ensuring the cost-effectiveness and value for money of contracts are other key tasks.
As part of the Head office team, the incumbent also holds the responsibility of setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports and KPIs for his department in accordance to the program’s procedures

Membership of an internationally recognised contracts management body is preferred. Fluency in the English and Arabic language is mandatory
