Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Requirements for Candidates
A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience in recruitment and selection activities.
Recruitment and Job Interviewing Skills.
Process Improvement Skills.
Basic Project Management Skills.
Analyses the performance of the process set for the recruitment of Saudi nationals, prepares the recruitment dashboards, presents dashboards, and recommends changes to the recruitment process and implements changes.
Analyses the performance of recruitment sources, the cost per hire, time to hire and recommends changes and improvements.
Tracks the list of the recruitment sourness and their relevance to job levels and functions.
Analyses the recruitment software and recommends and implements changes to it
Measures the performance of HR Recruiters as regards Saudization rates and provides feedback to them
Identifies job vacancies that are difficult to fill with Saudi nationals and investigates the best recruitment approach for them.
Analyses the recruitment software and implements changes and improvements
Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date.
Set up and measure Saudization KPIs.
Trains new HR Recruiters.
Survey opinions of the new Saudi recruits as regards the content and the quality of the induction program.
