Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Requirements for Candidates
Minimum Bachelor Degree preferably in Business, HR, Information Management System or equivalent.
Knowledge of labour policies and procedures, ADA requirements and visas requirements, local and regional resourcing practices and markets, and Objective assessment methods and techniques.
At least 1– 3 years’ experience in HR functions including resourcing.
Expectations for Ideal Candidates
CIPD or similar membership.
Build and secure the approval of resourcing and selection plans in coordination with HR planning and line departments.
Prepare and secure approval for annual budget from HR GM.
Coordinate with HR Relationship managers on female resourcing needs.
Leverage internal available resources to fill vacant positions.
Build and improve resourcing policies, procedures, and processes in line with Ministry of Labor and other legal bodies’ requirements.
Develop E-resourcing process to manage applicants’ database.
Build and develop selection and assessment process to filter CVs received from job applicants .
Monitor internal and external hiring processes to ensure timely resourcing for vacant positions
Participate in the identification and resourcing of key talent
