Job Description

Responsible for front desk management, administrative functions of the Call centre. Assist in managing the day to day administration matters of call centre.

Qualifications / Skills

Minimum Requirements for Candidates

  • Tertiary qualifications in customer care, administration, procurement or related discipline is highly desirable; Graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a receptionist/front desk officer.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have similar experience in a large service oriented Organization.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Good IT skills, both in MS Office and an integrated procurement system.
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated with the capability of dealing and communicating with all levels of management.

Expectations for Ideal Candidates

  • Excellent, planning, conceptual and consultative skills. Effective co-ordination.

Responsibilities

  • Handling telephones and in and out couriers / complaint letter for call centre
  • Manage the front desk operations, assist in procurement of specified goods and services in the most cost efficient manner without compromising the quality of the product for call centre
  • Provide appropriate guidance to visitor of call canter mostly public authorities.
  • Assist in general maintenance including housekeeping, water, pantry provisions etc.
