Responsible for front desk management, administrative functions of the Call centre. Assist in managing the day to day administration matters of call centre.
Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Requirements for Candidates
Tertiary qualifications in customer care, administration, procurement or related discipline is highly desirable; Graduate in any discipline
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a receptionist/front desk officer.
Excellent communication skills
Must have similar experience in a large service oriented Organization.
High level of interpersonal skills.
Good IT skills, both in MS Office and an integrated procurement system.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Highly motivated with the capability of dealing and communicating with all levels of management.
Expectations for Ideal Candidates
Excellent, planning, conceptual and consultative skills. Effective co-ordination.
Handling telephones and in and out couriers / complaint letter for call centre
Manage the front desk operations, assist in procurement of specified goods and services in the most cost efficient manner without compromising the quality of the product for call centre
Provide appropriate guidance to visitor of call canter mostly public authorities.
Assist in general maintenance including housekeeping, water, pantry provisions etc.
