Job Description

To develop quality management systems in coordination with the QA/QC Civil Manager, validate processes; provide quality documentation and standards, manage staff. Identifies KPIs and lead quality audits within the Electro-mechanical department.
To assist in promoting and auditing the quality management system and procedures across the organization, seeking continual quality improvement.
As part of the senior management team, the incumbent holds the responsibility to liaise and coordinate with the Vice Program Director and the rest of the senior management team/peers with all matters related to MEP quality, operational issues required for the success of the program in accordance with the client expectations.
Provides leadership in developing and directing quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives within the MEP department.
As part of the Head Office team, the incumbent also holds the responsibility of setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports and KPIs for his department in accordance to the program’s procedures.
