Quality Assurance and Control Manager - Civil REF-J00-011
To develop quality management systems, validate processes; provide quality documentation and standards, manage staff. Identifies KPIs and lead quality audits.
To promote, Implement, maintain and audit quality management system and procedures across the organization, seeking continual quality improvement.
As part of the senior management team, the incumbent holds the responsibility to liaise and coordinate with the Vice Program Director and the rest of the senior management team/peers with all matters related to civil quality, operational issues required for the success of the program in accordance with the client expectations.
As part of the Head Office team, the incumbent also holds the responsibility of setting, implementing, monitoring, and reporting of all required management reports and KPIs for his department in accordance to the program’s procedures.
Conduct semi-annual management review meetings;
Investigate and attain to client’s feedback reports regarding quality of work

Fluency in the English and Arabic language is mandatory.
