Job Description

To ensure that day-to-day activities of Commercial departments are carried out efficiently. Marketing & Sales Direction daily administrative Tasks.

Qualifications / Skills

Minimum Requirements for Candidates

  • Graduate in any stream (degree/diploma in management preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in any industry
  • Must be competent in Microsoft suite of applications.

Expectations for Ideal Candidates

  • Well-developed oral communication skills and inter personal skills.
  • Excellent, planning, conceptual and consultative skills and effective co-ordination.
  • Must be able to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines.
  • Well adept at planning and time-management.
  • Knowledge of Arabic apart from English .


  • To prepare the roster for all commercial department employees on weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis.
  • To format and proof read all documents of the commercial department and prepare them in a ready to submit mode.
  • To manage documents of the commercial department as per the share drive Management System.
  • To systematically print and file the correspondence to and from the client.
  • To maintain all documents as per the Document Management System.
  • To prepare the dashboard for commercial department in a timely and accurate manner. To prepare all reports pertaining to Commercial Department.
  • To undertake project management plan and to update the same on a regular basis.
