Qualifications / Skills

Minimum Requirements for Candidates

• A holder of higher diploma of post-secondary education in a related discipline. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 2-3 years of progressive work experience.
• Arabic: good written & verbal communication skills.
• English: good written & verbal communication skills.
• Basic IT skills (MS Office, databases etc.)
• Knowledge of the network
• Knowledge of operations and operational procedures
• Knowledge of dispatching
• Knowledge of operational KPIs.

Expectations for Ideal Candidates

• Managing small teams in a bus network environment.

Responsibilities

• Manages the planning of operational support resources to ensure that all the duties are covered, and dispatch the daily tasks.
• Responsible for the validation of the operational managers planned absences (holydays, …)
• Monitors and Ensures that all the operational reports are well registered
• Manages the update of Operational procedures documents
• Assists the Head of Operations in all his duties
• Ensures the Head of Section duty during his absence
• Collects and analyses the Operational KPI data.
• Proposes action plans to remedy any deviations.
• Monitors Accident files analysis and action plans
