Main purposes of the job are to handle and manage the office administration, to provide level 1 support to Mercans' clients and incoming calls as potential sales lead and then sharing these leads with concerned colleague. Supporting the operations staff in the provision of the services depending on the need. Providing full time assistance to the TOP management of Mercans as and whenever needed.
