A Mobilization Coordinator works closely with candidates, recruiters, visa processing agencies and other human resource professionals to support and manage the process of mobilizing and on boarding of the newly hired candidates. Mobilization Coordinator typically coordinates the activities between client, candidate and external services providers (i.e. Mercans’ Sub-Agencies) related to recruitment, client approval, immigration and on boarding activities.
