Job Description

The Implementation Manager’s main role is to manage payroll outsourcing implementation projects and drive them to its successful completion while managing a small project team in the process. Duties and responsibilities: • Creating project plan, objectives and goals • Aligning project plan with the client • Distributing workstreams of project plan to project team • Monitoring & tracking deadlines of project • Managing overall communication with client • Providing regular status updates to client • Identifying project risks and proposing mitigation actions • Counterpart to project manager on client’s side • First level escalation point for the client Skills and qualifications: • Experience with payroll implementations • Experience with project management • Proactive, communicative, organized • Experience with BPO
