Strong technical proficiency in APIs, modular architecture, platform scalability, and data integration strategies with systems such as HRIS, ERP, and WFM.

Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for global payroll SaaS solutions, emphasizing innovation and automation.
Leverage AI and machine learning to improve product development processes, customer support, and overall user experience.
Define a product strategy with unique selling points (USPs) to support go-to-market and partnership strategies, including multi-channel approaches such as white-labeling.
Drive end-to-end automation of global payroll processes using advanced technologies (AI, RPA, machine learning).
Ensure that all product features are fully documented and customers have access to comprehensive support resources.
Collaborate with the Engineering department to ensure epics and user stories are clear, detailed, and high quality.
Ensure engineering resources are used efficiently by providing well-defined requirements, reducing rework due to unclear or changing specifications.
Performance Measurement and Efficiency: Develop SLAs and KPIs to measure the efficiency of the product team.
Actively monitor SLAs and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Ensure that product releases are clearly communicated to customers with details of new features and improvements.
Establish processes to prevent service interruptions or code breaks during releases.
Engage with clients through the Customer Advisory Board to gather feedback and align product development with user needs.
