To manage and coordinate HR services for all PTC employees. This includes maintaining personal employee files, payables and deductions, leave management, medical insurance, GOSI issues and grievance and disciplinary issues. Position the role of Business Partner as an integral part of the PTC management team by developing effective working relationships with remote PTC entities.
Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Requirements for Candidates
Minimum Diploma preferably in HR, Finance, Business Administration or Information Technology.
At least 3 years; preferably 5 years’ experience in similar role.
Working knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules.
Expectations for Ideal Candidates
CIPD/PHR/SPHR and other related certifications.
Develop policies and procedures for employee services that fit with Saudi labor policies and procedures and market practices.
Ensure the application of these policies and procedures and update accordingly.
Oversee the process of maintaining and updating employee records
Oversee the process development of handling the employees Compensation & Benefits (payroll, overtime, allowances, etc.)
Oversee the process development of handling the employees leave, attendance, end of service etc.
Oversee the team responsible for finalizing employees’ logistics (issuing visas, renewing passports, reserving air tickets, etc.)
Manage medical insurance services support
Review and update the processes to identify improvement opportunities across processes.
Build and manage relationships with government bodies and third parties regarding personnel matters (Ministry of Labor, work permits, Visas, etc.)
Participate in events held or shared by these government bodies.
Build and manage relationships with health care and insurance providers.
Build and manage relationships with other department heads.
Ensure smooth coordination between regional offices and head office
Manage internal social events and activities.
Benchmark for the employee services projects (systems, insurance services, Travel agencies, etc.)
Develop business case for projects, request and participate in the evaluation proposals to select the most suitable vendor
Follow up on the progress of project/s.
Oversee the development and maintenance of HR personnel systems
Ensure that all employees data are saved and backed up properly
Ensure that all personnel services are provided with in required standards time and accuracy
Ensure that necessary HR reports are provided as per PTC policies and business processes.
Help instill a culture of development, guidance and performance within the company
Lead, guide and evaluate a team of professionals.
