To receive customer complaint, feedback, suggestion, compliment from the call center and co-ordinate with various department to provide timely solution to call center.
Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Requirements for Candidates
Graduate with very good working knowledge of computers
Up to 2-year experience in resolving customer queries in telecom or Retail sector. Having experience in handling customer complaints and queries
Candidates must possess communication skills in both English & Arabic.
Must have very good interpersonal skills
Well-developed written & verbal communication skills
Ability to work within a team
Must possess the highest degree of integrity and honesty
Must be prepared to work at more than one location, performing other duties (where qualified) in order to meet customer needs and business requirements.
Expectations for Ideal Candidates
Experience in public transportation
Receiving customer complaints, feedback, suggestion, and compliment at the call centre and registering the same in the SAP-CRM system.
Handing over found items to claimants as per laid down norms after verifying authenticity of the person.
Providing information and assistance to customers on all aspects of bus operation
Cooperating with surprise and planned audits whenever they are conducted
