Job Description

To receive customer complaint, feedback, suggestion, compliment from the call center and co-ordinate with various department to provide timely solution to call center.

Qualifications / Skills

Minimum Requirements for Candidates

  • Graduate with very good working knowledge of computers
  • Up to 2-year experience in resolving customer queries in telecom or Retail sector. Having experience in handling customer complaints and queries
  • Candidates must possess communication skills in both English & Arabic.
  • Must have very good interpersonal skills
  • Well-developed written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Must possess the highest degree of integrity and honesty
  • Must be prepared to work at more than one location, performing other duties (where qualified) in order to meet customer needs and business requirements.

Expectations for Ideal Candidates

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Experience in public transportation
  • CRM experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving customer complaints, feedback, suggestion, and compliment at the call centre and registering the same in the SAP-CRM system.
  • Handing over found items to claimants as per laid down norms after verifying authenticity of the person.
  • Providing information and assistance to customers on all aspects of bus operation
  • Cooperating with surprise and planned audits whenever they are conducted
