Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Requirements for Candidates
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Customer Service.
Experience in service industry a must (Exp. in public transportation preferred)
Bachler Degree in a relevant field
Good knowledge of MS tools

Provide information when necessary to passengers about all aspects of the bus system including and not limiting to bus lines frequencies, transit regulations, time of the first and last bus services, location of stops, connections to metro services, Park & Ride sites, prices, use of CSC( Contactless Smart card) / Fare media, Fare products, validation process or how to use the bus service in general;
Advise customers about ticketing / fare media and assist them at Ticket Vending Machines.
Inspect tickets / Fare media. They will ensure compliance with the user rules to fine people who commit offences;
