The Chief Operating Officer (COO) oversees the daily operations of Mercans’ Payroll & SaaS business, including Business As Usual (BAU) and Implementation functions. Minimum Requirements for Candidates
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Operations, Technology, or a related field (required)
10+ years of progressive experience in operations, strategy, or executive leadership, with at least 5 years in a C-suite or senior leadership role.
Experience in the multi-country Payroll Outsourcing or SaaS (required).
Demonstrated success in scaling SaaS-based businesses and managing global payroll operations.
Proven experience in leading high-performance teams, managing cross-functional departments, and driving business growth.
Strong background in strategic planning, operational execution, financial management, and risk mitigation.
Deep understanding of SaaS business models, HR and Payroll technologies, and automation-driven service delivery.
Strong knowledge of global payroll compliance, HR regulations, and multi-country payroll operations.
