The job holder is responsible for buses movement within the depot.
1- Food provided up to three meals per day.
2- Overtime rate paid on all hours worked beyond 48h in a week and on Saudi Public Holidays. Overtime rate is 50% above the basic hourly rate.
Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Requirements for Candidates
Minimum High Secondary school.
Possess a current Commercial Driver's License (CDL), and be trained in First Aid and CPR.
Expectations for Ideal Candidates
Have a valid KSA driver's license.
Ability to pass an annual SAPTCO Academy Bus Driver's assessment.
Manual dexterity sufficient to operate the bus, conducts pre-trip inspections, and cleans the bus.
Ability to present a positive image of PTC to members of the community.
Visual and auditory acuity within professionally determined normal ranges, with correction if needed. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, night/dusk vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.
Ability to learn and comprehend information from Procedures Manuals and other materials.
Ability to comprehend and follow traffic signs required.
Willingness to cooperate with PTC objectives, respect for others from various cultures and backgrounds, flexibility, patience and good personal hygiene.
Successful experience as a Commercial Bus Driver preferred.
Effective oral and written communication skills commensurate with the responsibilities of the position are required.
Bilingual, at least oral ability (Arabic / English) is preferred.
Responsible to move and to park the vehicles inside the depots.
If required, may drive buses outside the depot without commercial purpose.
Registers the buses parking place inside the MMS.
Responsible for alerting the Engineering Supervisor or other manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
If worked overtime, has to complete payroll time sheets and submit to Engineering Supervisors as determined.
Maintains a professional courteous manner with boss, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
Responsible for applying HSE standards as defined within PTC’s guidelines.
Ensures compliance of all work related activities in a fair, ethical, and consistent manner.
Follows established company policies and those outlined in the Maintenance Guidebook/Manual.
Special projects and other responsibilities as may be determined.
