Qualifications / Skills
Minimum Requirements for Candidates
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in 3 of which in a similar position.
Oracle e-Business Financials (e.g. General Ledger, Accounts Payable) and Core Finance Processes.
Minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing MS-Excel and MS-Word.

Lead an Accounts Payables accountant that handle full cycle Accounts Payable functions.
Develop, implement and maintain systems, procedures and policies to ensure controls, efficiencies and adherence to PTC policies
Oversee payment processing to ensure accuracy and timely completion of tasks to be accomplished against set metrics
Ensures that PTC maintains good credit with vendors by completing regular reconciliation on selected accounts.
Files and maintains all financial documents in an organized manner and actively participate in end of month procedures.
Develop, implement, and maintain payment processing related procedures and policies, to ensure adherence to PTC policies and procedures.
Interface with others functional heads to ensure accurate and timely payment of vendor payments
Work closely with concerned parties to ensure smooth handoffs and to resolve escalated payment related issues in a timely manner
Interface with project managers, responding to questions and concerns.
Review and verify approval of invoices; process checks and match to invoices
Responsible for all utility processing for properties. Work with the Facilities Management Manager and staff accountant to ensure settlement of utility dues.
Manage relationships with key vendors
Lead and execute business process engineering initiatives, including continuous improvement initiatives to mature the Payables process, leveraging technology and best practices involving cross-functional stakeholders across all PTC locations
Lead system projects to increase automation across the Accounts Payable function
Help instil a culture of development, guidance and performance within PTC.
Lead, guide and evaluate a team of professionals.
Provide development opportunities to the team and ensure career paths and succession plans are charted out.
Empower team members to take business decisions by effectively delegating authority.
Identify and recruit key senior talent for the department.
Set and communicate clear performance expectations, coach and provide support and regular feedback to subordinates on performance.
Act as a role model to champion PTC’s values to employees.
